Media Center

Ms. Lassiter, Media Specialist

I am very excited to be in the McCrary media center!  I have been teaching for 10 years, and four of them have been in the McCrary media center.  I have also taught 2nd grade and ESL.  I'm originally from Cleveland, Ohio.  I recently graduated with a Masters Degree from East Carolina University.  I like to hike, bake, travel, and READ!!

About the Media Center:

Our collection has over 10,000 volumes. We also have a mini-computer lab for student use. Kindergarteners and first graders may checkout one book at a time. Second through fourth graders checkout two books at a time.  Fifth graders may checkout three books.

Not sure what book to read next?  This website can give you recommendations based on books that you like!
