Asheboro City Schools recognizes the critical role of parents in the education of their children and in the schools. Senate Bill 49, also known as the Parents’ Bill of Rights was an act to enumerate the rights of parents to direct the upbringing, health care, and mental health of their minor children. This page will provide information pertaining to the rights of parents in this act.
