Donna Lee Loflin Elementary School is proud to offer Asheboro City Schools expanded after school program, titled the Academic and Social Achiement Program. This after school program will operate on student days only from 2:35-6:00 p.m. Below you will find an application and the program's policies and procedures. Title I Parent Night 2019

We are excited to have had so many families join us on Thursday, September 26th for our Annual Title I Parent Night. After hearing from Principal Lisa Hayes, students and their families had the opportunity to visit the Scholastic Book Fair, and share all that they've been working on in their classrooms.

We had a great turnout at yestserday's Open House for the 2019-2020 school year! Students, families, and school staff alike, were excited to see familiar faces, and to meet some new ones. We're excited to begin the new school year on Monday with our theme of Destination: Success!

2019 Battle of the Books Competition

Congratulations to the 2019 DLL Battle of the Books Team! The team earned Second Place in the ACS Elementary Battle of the Books Competition on Thursday, March 21st. We are so proud of our Loflin Lions! The team was coached by Ms. Tara Taylor and Ms. Carla Shinn.

Box Tops 4 Education

Loflin Elementary is collecting Box Tops for Education. Clipping the $0.10 coupons quickly adds up to hundreds of dollars for our school.  Our goal is to earn $1,000 this year. Visit the Box Tops homepage to learn which products carry the Box Tops labels and to print out valuable coupons.
