Guy B. Teachey Elementary

Welcome to Our School!

We serve approximately 470 students in kindergarten through fifth grade and house two functional skills classrooms as well as one district therapeutic classroom for students with unique social-emotional needs.

Teachey students embrace our PBIS guiding principles: “We are respectful. We are responsible. We are learners.” Students are consistently recognized for their successes and maintain a growth mindset approach in all they do.

Teachey staff work to find the best ways to help our students find success and are dedicated to helping our students grow. Making student-centered decision is at the core of our work.

Teachey families provide tremendous support to our school through numerous PTO-sponsored events, Academic Family Teacher Team meetings, and daily home-school communication through Class Dojo.

There’s a lot to be proud of at Guy B. Teachey Elementary. We are full of Tiger Pride!
