Documents you will need for the enrollment process:
- Certified Birth Certificate from the Register of Deeds. You will need a copy of the court order that gives you guardianship of the student if you are not on the child's birth certificate.
- Picture ID of the enrolling parent or legal custodian.
- Proof of Residence of parent or legal custodian.
Acceptable documents include: current power bill, water bill, gas bill, property tax statement, lease agreement, or a combination of two other important documents such as insurance, income tax, or Medicaid card. - Other helpful documents for the enrollment process:
Immunizations Record (Updated)
Legal custody papers (If Applicable)
High school transcript, school report card, or withdrawal paperwork from the previous school of enrollment
