Dear Blue Comet Family,
It is with great enthusiasm that I introduce myself as a newly appointed assistant principal of Asheboro High School! I am incredibly honored to have been chosen to work alongside Principal Ryan Moody to lead the instructional efforts for the 2022-2023 school year. We are extremely fortunate to serve such a supportive community of dedicated teachers, involved parents, and diverse learners.
I am a proud graduate of North Carolina State University and The University of North Carolina at Pembroke, earning my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, MAT in Physical Education and Health, and MSA in School Administration. In addition to my role as a school administrator, I am a doctoral candidate at Fayetteville State University.
I have served as an advocate, teacher leader, mentor, department chair, and school administrator throughout my experience in education. By pursuing lifelong learning, I intend to be an example to students and teachers that we should never stop learning.
I look forward to interacting with all stakeholders in our school community this year!
