Each year, Donna Lee Loflin Elementary School completes a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) to guide our work for each academic year. Annual CIPs identify specific strategies to accomplish goals in improving student achievement. Asheboro City Schools uses the CIP process as a comprehensive way to address the needs of all students. Our CIP also communicates our process of achieving and measuring improvements at the school level. Our plans are developed and monitored by the school leadership team and presented annually to the Asheboro City Board of Education.
