Greetings McCrary families,
My name is Sarah Moore and I am the Instructional Facilitator here at McCrary. I am starting my 12th year in education and Asheboro City Schools. I taught for 10 years at Lindley Park and Loflin, in grades Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 2nd Grade and 5th grade. Last year, I moved to McCrary and became the Instructional Facilitator
My job is to serve as a liaison between our Central Office Curriculum and Instruction Team and our teachers. I help guide instruction in the building by supporting teachers in implementing our curriculum through core instruction and interventions. As a part of this role, I support teachers through leading professional development, data collection and meetings, and coaching.
Another part of my job is to coordinate our Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), the framework we use to provide all students the level of support they need to be successful in academics, behavior, social-emotional learning and attendance.
