Asheboro City Schools is pleased to announce Mr. Calvin Brown as Asheboro High School’s Head Football Coach. Coach Brown has been the Head Football Coach at Providence Grove High School for the past seven years, and was named the 2021 PAC-7 Coach of the Year. Coach Brown serves as a Region 5 Representative on the NC Football Coaches Association Board of Directors, and is a steering committee member for the Randolph Sports Council. Coach Brown believes strongly in building relationships, developing feeder programs and booster club support. We are pleased to welcome Coach Brown as a new Blue Comet!
