New Student Registration/Enrollment

Please contact the school to schedule an enrollment appointment at (336) 625-6185.

Documents you will need for the enrollment process:  

  1. Certified Birth Certificate from the Register of Deeds.                                                                                                  You will need a copy of the court order that gives you guardianship of the student if you are not on the child's birth certificate.
  2. Picture ID of the enrolling parent or legal custodian.
  3. Proof of Residence of parent or legal custodian.
    Acceptable documents include:  current power bill, water bill, gas bill, property tax statement, lease agreement, or a combination of two other important documents such as insurance, income tax, or Medicaid card.  
  4. Other helpful documents for the enrollment process:

    Immunizations Record (Updated)

    Legal custody papers (If Applicable)

    High school transcript, school report card, or withdrawal paperwork from the previous school of enrollment
