Parents, the Balfour PTO is selling Smencils as a fundraiser. Smencils are pencils with a scent: orange, rootbeer, blueberry are just a few. These will be sold for $1 before school this week. Balfour T-shirts are also still available for $10.00 before school. Let's help the PTO raise the money for the new playground equipment.
