Student Council Visits Victory Junction

Eight members of SAMS Student Council visited the Victory Junction Camp in Randleman, NC on Feb 3, 2018. They participated in the NCASC (North Carolina Association of Student Council) Annual work day. Student Councils from all over the state came and helped muck out stalls, rake the grounds and even build basketball hoops to help the camp get ready for the upcoming season and the new campers.Even the cold didn’t stop these kids from working! Victory Junction is the State Charity that NCASC has adopted and supports  every year. This camp is for students who would not be able to go to a regular Summer Camp due medical issues or disabilities.
