Meet-and-Greet with Dr. Woody

Dr. Aaron Woody, Asheboro City Schools’ new superintendent, will host three informal meet-and-greets before the beginning of the 2019-2020 school year, where community members can drop by and talk with the district’s new leader. 

Meet-and-Greet Sessions:
-      Thursday, July 25 from 4-6 p.m.: Randolph Public Library (downstairs meeting room) 
-      Thursday, August 1 from 12 – 2 p.m.: Randolph Public Library (public service area) 
-      Thursday, August 15 from 4-6 p.m.: Randolph Public Library (downstairs meeting room) 

Dr. Woody started as the district’s superintendent on July 18. The Asheboro City Board of Education selected him after an extensive search process involving input from the greater Asheboro community. 

Dr. Woody looks forward to the opportunity to lead the Asheboro City Schools and to continue to strengthen his role as an engaged member of the community.
