Mr. Ron Dixon, principal at South Asheboro Middle School (SAMS), was voted the 2019-2020 Asheboro City Schools Principal of the Year by his colleagues. Mr. Dixon has served at SAMS since 2016. Mr. Dixon is a proven school leader with a track record for creating highly collaborative learning environments with a focus on instruction and student achievement.
