Elective Course Selections NOW OPEN

PowerSchool Online Course Registration Instructions

• Log into PowerSchool via NCEdcloud (Home Base)>PowerSchool Student.

  • asheboro.powerschool.com

• Once in PowerSchool, click Class Registration in the navigation panel on the left. 

The class registration screen will appear. 

• Click the pencil iconbeside the red exclamation point. Available courses will be displayed alphabetically. Check the box beside the course you are requesting. 

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Okay.

• Band counts as 2 electives and is year long.

• Chorus can be taken as a semester or year long course. 

Select as 2 choices for year long.

• The selected course will appear on the screen, along with a green check to indicate you have completed that selection.

• Once you’ve selected the required 4 choices, click Submit.

• When the course requests submission is successful, a screen displaying 

“View Requests for 2022 - 2023” will appear listing your course choices.

• Courses will be listed alphabetically, not in the order they were selected.

If you log out before submitting your selections, the system will not save your selections.

If you see a red exclamation point you will need to go back because there is an error.

 If you have followed the directions and have additional questions, please email your counselor.

Instrucciones de Registro de Curso en Línea en PowerSchool

• Inicie sesión en PowerSchool través de NCEdcloud (Home Base)> PowerSchool Student.             asheboro.powerschool.com

• Una vez en PowerSchool, haga clic en Class Registration en el panel de navegación
   de la izquierda. 

Aparecerá la pantalla de registro de clases. 

• Haz clic en el icono del lápizjunto al signo de exclamación rojo. Los cursos disponibles se mostrarán en orden alfabético. Marque la casilla junto al curso que está solicitando. 

A continuación, desplácese hasta la parte inferior de la página y haga clic en Aceptar.

• La banda cuenta como 2 electivas y tiene una duración de un año.

• El coro se puede tomar como un curso de un semestre o de un año. 

Seleccione como 2 opciones para todo el año.

• El curso seleccionado aparecerá en la pantalla, junto con una marca verde para indicar que ha completado esa selección.

• Una vez que haya seleccionado las 4 opciones requeridas, haga clic en Enviar.

• Cuando el envío de solicitudes de cursos sea exitoso, aparecerá una pantalla que muestra 

"Ver solicitudes para 2022 - 2023" con una lista de sus opciones de cursos.

• Los cursos se enumerarán alfabéticamente, no en el orden en que fueron seleccionados.

Si cierra sesión antes de enviar sus selecciones, el sistema no guardará sus selecciones.

Si ve un signo de exclamación rojo  , deberá regresar porque hay un error.

 Si ha seguido las instrucciones y tiene preguntas adicionales, envíe un correo electrónico a su consejero.
