Career Clusters are groupings of occupations and career specialties to help students identify possible career choices within their field of interest. There are 16 career clusters. In Asheboro City Schools, we analyzed the current labor market demands for our area. In response to those demands and needs of employers, we offer courses within 13 of the career clusters. These clusters are the most prominent career clusters found in central North Carolina.
