Reading Challenge and Hour of Code Kickoff!
We held a schoolwide kickoff assembly on Friday for our Reading Challenge and the Hour of Code. To celebrate and promote our theme of "Reading is our Super Power," students and staff dressed up as superheroes, and created superhero masks for the event. Our goal is to read 30,000 books and take 800 Accelerated Reader (AR) tests by the end of the year. You can help at home by encouraging your child to read, asking them questions about the books they read, and logging the books they read on their reading log.
