Policies Governing Services for Children with Disabilities- amended June 2010

 

North Carolina Special Education Reference- This is a research tool provided to exceptional children program directors, school administrators, teachers and other service providers, parents, and parent support groups who need information regarding special education quickly and in a searchable format. It brings related information in a uniform electronic format for ease of use. In the table of contents you will find Procedures Governing Programs and Services for Children with Disabilities, Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, N. C. General Statutes (State Public School Law), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, Handbook on Parents' Rights, policy letters and other resources. NCSER is an information service that is constantly being reviewed and updated with changes and corrections.
