King Comet Pageant February 3rd

As a part of “King Comet” week, Asheboro High School Student Council is hosting the 2nd annual KING COMET PAGEANT on Wednesday, February 3rd. The pageant will begin at 7:00pm in the AHS Performing Arts Center, admission is $3 at the door and proceeds will benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp, the NC Association of Student Councils’ state service project.
 
Thirteen contestants will participate in a variety of fun competitions…such as Asheboro’s Top Model, The Dating Game and Senior Idol.
 
King Comet week will conclude with the crowning of King Comet on Friday night, February 5th during half-time of the boys’ varsity basketball game against Southern Guilford High School.
