AHS Band holds fruit sale

Students in the AHS band program are participating in a Fruit Sale to raise money for the band trip to Chicago in April 2008.

Fruit is available in a small box (2/5 bushel, approximately 20 lbs.) or a large box (4/5 bushel, approximately 40 lbs.).  Offered in these two sizes are: pink grapefruit, Hamlin (juice) oranges, tangelo oranges, or navel oranges. Mixed fruit (grapefruit and navel oranges) is available only in a small box. Prices range from $22 to $35.

New this year is a one-layer extra small box of fruit (1/5 bushel size), especially appealing to smaller households.  Available in this size are: pink grapefruit or navel oranges. Extra small box is $15.

Pre-paid orders will be accepted through November 16th and fruit will be delivered the week of December 10th, just in time for the holidays. Orders may be placed through a band student, or email Mr. Homiller, phomiller@asheboro.k12.nc.us or Mrs. Benhart, sbenhart@asheboro.k12.nc.us.
